Refund policy

StayFi UniFi Access Points Return Policy


Return Period

UniFi Access Points purchased directly from our company may be returned within sixty (60) days from the date of purchase. No returns will be accepted after the 60-day period has elapsed.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the UniFi Access Point must meet the following conditions:


  1. The device must be in its original, unmodified condition, with no visible signs of damage, wear, or tampering.
  2. The device must be returned in its original packaging, along with all included components, accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Restocking Fee


For each returned UniFi Access Point, a restocking fee of $30 will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the cost of processing the return, inspecting the returned device, and restocking the item.


Refund Discretion


We reserve the right to evaluate and determine, at our sole discretion, whether the returned UniFi Access Point meets the criteria outlined in this return policy. If we determine that the device does not meet these criteria, we may refuse to issue a refund.


Refund Process


If the returned UniFi Access Point meets the conditions outlined in this return policy, we will process the refund within thirty (30) business days. The refund amount, minus the applicable $30 restocking fee and original shipping charge, will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and update your account.
